October was an awesome month. Lots of stuff happened. Now it’s

1.  November

Every day I write down some things for which I am grateful. And this is the month I focus on gratefulness. I’ve found beginning and ending the day being grateful improves my attitude. It is a happy thing. Maybe I should share some. Today I am grateful for Beeswax Park.

2.  Sushi

I actually rolled my own Dragon Green Roll. It’s the first sushi I’ve made. Of course I had help and excellent advice. It was delicious too. 👌🏻 There will be more in my future I hope.

3.  Overheard: No sir. i dont want to talk to you i don’t want to hear it! They kept right on talking. The RV neighbor is inebriated and I’ve been hearing his phone conversations for a while now. They are humorous.

Would you like to share something that made you happy this week? Go for it!

As an aside, a friend has declared November to be National Introspection Month. #somuchintrospection. Time to look inside.

Happy in the month of all things Halloween

1.  FIVE RANKS OF KUKUSHI of the Order of Disorder

4. “Mutual deterioration. With the grime of the world smeared all over you, you smile and laugh amidst the ashes. As you become familiar but not too comfortable with disorder, you start letting loose and allowing the disorder to reveal itself through and as you. Whoopee cushions and red noses and clown horns are considered expedient means for reminding the disorder within phenomena-dressed-in-suits, and caught up in being serious, that it is still there and hopefully bringing it out to dance.”

Here is a symbolic red nose.

Let’s dance!

2. End of season sales

I like oversized sunglasses for 15 cents, pinwheels for a dime, and t-shirts for a $1.00.

3.  Halloween! It’s my favorite holiday.

Share your joy. Tell us something that made you happy this week.

Now that’s out of the way. Let’s talk about poop.

The (rescue ring)* recurring (them)* theme for today seems to be poop.

I started the day (praying)* picking up puppy poop. Bagged it and tossed it. Skipped the tagging step. Then it was the chruch’s turn to speak out about poop. And the sign said, “Do Not Let Your (did)* Dog drop on The Chruch Property!”

Fleeing the possible wraith of the Chruch, I went to WallyWorld to exchange my pants. The clerks talked about how someone had pooped in the bathroom and the poop was everywhere. They were uncomfortable speaking of poop 💩 with me. So I decided to go to the poop 💩 room to poop 💩 . Later Sensei and I spoke of the poop 💩 .

The day is young. There is more poop to come.

*Words in parenthesis are messages from the god Autocorrect (l)*.

Happy in the fall of the year.

1.  FIVE RANKS OF KUKUSHI of the Order of Disorder

3. Getting real. This is getting in touch with the disorder in you. It is one thing to see how goofy everyone and everything else is, but where it gets real, and the rubber hits the street is when you start seeing what a mess you are, and coming to terms and loving that about yourself. Bet you hadn’t thought of yourself as a phenomenal existence, you dope.

2.  This quote from FB

“It’s that time of year again. People being stupid but stupid runs deep in my house and I’m up all hours of the night so if they want to be stupid together we can.”

3.  Rob Brezsny

“You’re a star — and so am I. I’m a genius — and so are you. Your success encourages my brilliance, and my charisma enhances your power. Your victory doesn’t require my defeat, and vice versa. Those are the rules in the New World — quite unlike the rules in the Old World, where zero-sum games are the norm, and only one of us can win each time we play.”
These concepts brighten my day. It’s not competition. It’s team work. Let’s raise each other up. Let us raise the vibe.

Share your joy. Tell us something good. Raise the vibe.

Btw, this is still not Mexico. hahahaha

Happy in the fall of the year.

1.  FIVE RANKS OF KUKUSHI of the Order of Disorder

Honoring the disorder in your life.Once the underlying disorder is seen, you can’t just run around naked and screaming, at least not all day long. So you go back to folding the laundry, and working, and talking to people as though they weren’t insane, but always with your eyes wide open to manifestations of disorder within the apparent order, like dust bunnies and open zippers and children’s eyes and banana peels on the stairs.

2.  And then there was the sound the universe makes?

I’m trying to paint my next tattoo.

3.  ”This is not Mexico”
I heard this somewhere. I don’t even remember when. Every time it drifts through my mind, I laugh as I look at where I am that’s not Mexico. 😂

Share the joy.  If you want to, tell us something that made you happy this week.

Happy in the fall of the year. The temps are falling. Things are coming to an end. The road is calling me.

1.  FIVE RANKS OF KUKUSHI Order of Disorder

1. Disorder found. When you stub your toe, or fart in a crowded elevator- suddenly there is a weightless feeling, as if someone pulled the rug out from under you- “Wish you could get away?” This is disorder, which is hidden beneath the surface of all phenomenal existence. Disorder is completely incomprehensible and not very relevant, but it can be as fun as hell, so drop all your fears and leap in. A disclaimer- there can be an angry aspect of having the inherent meaninglessness of yourself revealed (to whom?), and this needs to be worked through. Disorder without compassion is just more of the same shit that humans have always fallen into. So, although it is not always nice, pure disorder is never mean.

2.  Politically Incorrect and Socially Unacceptable

I can’t help but laugh 😂

3.  A Buddhist Prayer It’s a warm, fuzzy kind of happy I feel reading this prayer for all sentient beings.

Share the joy.  If you want to, tell us something that makes you happy.
